Join us for a deliciously international four course meal and let's build this North End Garden of Nations!Pull up a chair and let Chef Jess King and the talented team at Elements take you on a four-course journey through the garden with only the best locally-sources ingredients.
Together, we can revitalize part of the Old Ex grounds as a lush good food garden for newcomer families. You're ticket purchase for Dinner for a Global Garden will help new Canadian families plant nourishing seeds that will grow a garden and a community at the North End Garden of Nations.
This North End Garden of Nations will mean two 4’ x 8’ raised beds each for 15 families this year. One generous donor has already given the garden two additional beds that the gardeners will tend for the community to harvest.
We’re breaking ground on May 28. But there’s a lot to do, and we need your help! We need soil, wood, tools and seeds to make a place for newcomers to come and grow healthy food for their families.
*a charitable tax receipt of $35 is available with the purchase of a ticket
