Event Description
With the guidance and expertise of Spring Creek Farm, Pork Chop will be a hands-on lesson on butchering a side of pork. Also included will be sausage-making, a taste of goods from Spring Creek and a takeaway of 7-10 lbs of local, pasture-raised pork.--
